    arrived broken, but corrected by company.
    when the product arrived, one of the cups was broken. contacted pulse and they sent a replacement for he broken cup. together we determined that the item was not properly packaged before shipment. pulse was very good about this problem and I will use them again.

    Your Elephant mugs are really cute; I like their size, their capacity, and that really useful tea bag holder. Really great for tea, coffee, and anything else you put in them, and appreciated by an old mug-hugger like me. Coming as a 2PK makes them an even better value

    They were perfect, till we realized one of the cups has a small hole towards the top, and leaks if fill up to much. We just dont use that one. Nice, other than that.

    1 of 2 showed up broken
    I ordered 2 of the mugs, one was broken. Pulse says they are sending a replacement, but I havent received it yet. Ita Christmas present, so I hope it gets here in time. Other than that, the unbroken one is cute, just as described in the ad.
