When fully charged via the USB cable you'll have much longer usage. The flashlight lasts about 2-3 hours, radio 1-2 hours, and the siren 1.5 hours.
One of the most thoughtful features of this device is how the USB output works. To avoid quickly draining the internal battery to charge up your phone or other devices, the hand crank is directly connected to the USB output. This means you must turn the hand crank for your device to charge.
